About Me

Kat Glenn

They/Them

Hi! I’m Kat!

I’m a spiritual weirdo 🦄🌈✨and healer holding sacred space for when you’re liquid goo within the spiritual cocoon of transformation 🦋✨ My favorite modalities are pranayama (breathwork), yoga, tarot readings, coaching, magickal rituals, plant medicines and special events

I consider my clients friends, so let’s be friends!

I’m vegan, non-binary, pansexual, neuro-spicy, hypermobile (fellow Ehlers Danlos, POTS, and MCAS peeps, hi!), married, creative, grounded, kind, silly, and spiritually connected.

I’m still tapping into all my spiritual and intuitive gifts -I’d love to help you do the same!

I have been practicing yoga for 20 years

Gemini sun and rising with a Taurus moon

My greatest strengths are sacred space holding, present listening, and intuitive magicks/medicines

I sparkle authentically (and would love to support your journey of doing so also!)

I love deep conversations and will share my truth and vulnerability with you. The full spectrum of yourself and your emotions are welcome and honored with me

I am committed to decolonization and holding the safest space possible. My dearest hope is if I ever misstep, you would feel comfortable bringing it to my attention (I also promise to continue doing the inner work, learning, and unlearning, so this hopefully is rarely necessary)

Privilege Statement

I hold many privileges which affect my work and are important to acknowledge:

I have white privilege. I present as able bodied. I hold socio-economic privilege (I have no student debt, my spouse has stable income, we own our home, we have no children). I have post-secondary education which my parents funded. I did not have to worry about food, shelter, and medical care growing up. I have had easy access to clean drinking water my entire life. I live in the so-called United States which comes with a fair amount of privilege, especially as a white person.

Holding these privileges means I must commit myself to listening, learning, unlearning, and growing in regards to my unexplored areas, so I continue to recognize my privilege and decolonize.

I had/have big feelings writing this. I’m giving myself permission to make mistakes and to keep showing up. I can edit and improve it as I listen, learn, unlearn, and grow. I feel apprehensive (see: perfectionism that I’m working to disentangle myself from) sharing it among many other disparate feelings. However, I’d rather share this messy and from the heart/soul than continue to stay silent.

Silence benefits oppressive forces. I’m committing myself to becoming a better aspiring ally.

If you’re looking to dive into decolonization work, especially in regards to holding space for others – I cannot recommend Emily Anne Brant enough! Her Decolonize Course/Community is transformative and gives you the tools to see and make these important changes (as well as supports you in doing this work – like drafting a privilege statement). Hope to see you there!

I’d love to hear about your journey, experiences, hopes, dreams, and what abundance you would like to manifest for yourself. Together, let’s make your dreams a reality!

I look forward to connecting with you!

With reverence, I honor the stolen Indigenous homelands of the O’Odham and Piipaash peoples and their ancestors, who have inhabited this landscape from time immemorial to present day. I support the Land Back movement. Yoga calls for the liberation of all beings and recognizes the power in Indigenous teachings and medicine.

As we practice grounding and being nurtured by nature/Mother Earth through yoga, we extend our gratitude for the land and the Indigenous stewards who demonstrate how to live in loving reciprocity.
