and then way less than whatever you’re imagining 🤣🤣
They’re full of loving and spot on bops these days
It’s like they know me or something lol
But truly the message that’s been coming through lately (again and again and again)
Is to slooooooow down (like way the fuck down as much as is accessible and possible)
Be present
Listen
Come back home
Surrender
Reclaim and remember your power (but that’s only possible if you slow the fuck down)
So this won’t be a long one today because who has spoons brain power to read a long blog right now?
So, I’ll leave you with these lil reflections/opportunities for small shifts that can make a HUGE difference in slowing down and coming back home to yourself:
- 1. What’s one thing that you can take off your list for now?
- 2. Can you clear one day or half a day on your calendar just for you?
- 3. Can you carve out 5-15 min in the morning to light a candle, listen to some moving music (I’m happy to provide a playlist), and breathe?
Do one, do em all (yes I’m singing the Pokemon theme song in my head right now lol)
