| I was asked recently what I mean when I say: healing is meant to be done in community And I’m oh so grateful for this thoughtful question (And please anytime you have questions, curiosities, thoughts, and shares drop a comment or shoot me an email at kat@rainbowdotspirituality.com – I love to receive them and witness you 😍🤩) Once we’ve identified our wounds and triggers (and I know you deeply sensitive souls are WAY too familiar with your own wounds and triggers) Healing these wounds and triggers is community work For example, if you’re healing people pleasing and perfectionism You might have a deep wound/fear that if people see the REAL you they won’t love you The thing that will heal this wound is allowing people to see the real you and love YOU And that can feel terrifying Which is why it’s important to take small steps Just being in community healing sessions is a powerful step |
| Even if you’re doing breathwork in community – you’re sharing energy, which is helping you feel seen and loved in a safe(r) way And maybe after attending a few, you’ll feel brave enough to share an intention like I’m setting the intention to heal perfectionism And you keep coming and maybe after many sessions you find people you really connect with You share pieces of your story (on your own timeline in your own way) And you’re seen and loved And it feels OH SO powerful inside And as you feel able and continue to increase your discernment for people and places that are safe to drop the mask, you’ll do so more and more Which will lead you to calling in more and more aligned soul family Others who required your people pleasing may fade into the background and/or fall away And while there’s grief there There’s also freedom And power In being YOU And feeling that EMBODIMENT of showing up as your full ass self Which is why I say healing is meant to be done in community Read more in Part 2 |
