Recorded community presence sessions intuitively blend yoga, breathwork, tarot, somatics, sound healing, and magick (you are the magick and the medicine) to be tailored to the collective energies and intentions of the community that is gathered
Here are some ways to enhance your experience:
🔥 Have a candle for some candle magick to set some intentions
✍️ You might like to have a journal nearby to jot your insights, reflections, and downloads
👀 Having an eye mask or bandana to cover your eyes deepens the practice if this feels safe and accessible for you
🥰 Wear comfy clothes (whatever that means for you)
🧻 Empty your bladder and bowels before our session begins (don’t stress about this, just try to go to the bathroom beforehand as these sessions are best enjoyed when our bladder and bowels are empty; however, life is life and messy, so go if you can go and if you need to go during the session that’s totally okay too)
⌚️Plan for 2 hours
🧘 Pick a cozy spot where you can sit and lay down (maybe even a wall nearby so you can sit against a wall if that would feel supportive for your spine) and if you have a yoga mat or a blanket I recommend laying one out
🎧 Headphones can be nice to immerse yourself in the experience
