If your medicine is shared through coaching, find ways to offer that to those who need it right now
If you have an extra dollar, give it to a cause speaking to your heart
If marching feels aligned, show up and walk your truths
If you see injustice and can film it, do that
If you’re a space holder, cultivate spaces where others feel safe(r) to feel and heal
If you’re an educator, teach
There’s no limit to what we can do together
And your most powerful offering is YOU

Tapping into the magick and medicine that is you
Everything you need is already within you
