After several years of health challenges, they needed to turn back towards each other, and were specifically seeking a space where one partner’s non-binary identity would be held and honored. They were able to move through grief around how life has shifted due to health changes and remember how to play with one another. The depth of the experience allowed them to feel safe, open up, create new rituals for intimacy and silliness as well as remember just how MUCH they love each other
We did a lot of restorative yoga postures with opportunities for cuddles and snuggles and play breaks with their favorite stuffies, there were snacks throughout and dead bug raves and silly wiggles to move through tension in their bodies in fun ways.
Couple NewMamas
‘D’ booked a Deep Love Connection to celebrate her wife’s birthday. Prior to booking, their schedules and lives had felt full of joy and chaos with a new baby. The stress of it all had been straining their relationship, and this experience helped soothe their nervous systems, so they were able to sink into deep relaxation and rejuvenation as well as basking in the powerful love they share. The time together reminded them how close they are and how much they want to continue prioritizing time for their relationship.
We did a lot of sound healing and yoga nidra postures where they could hold hands and stay connected while enjoying deep rejuvenating rest. We also did a lot of rituals around nonverbal communication and showing our love with and without using words, ancestral and candle magick, intentions, and calling in spirit teams and well ancestors.

This Deep Love Connection was a special gift to celebrate their 12 year dating anniversary. One partner is a regular at the yoga studio while her spouse never felt comfortable in traditional yoga spaces as a trans person. They booked with me knowing I would keep them safe in their authentic identities. Their grandma had recently passed, so we incorporated a little honoring and grief ceremony as part of their experience. Even though their relationship felt solid and grounded, they were still able to open their emotions up even more, and learn new ways to show up and support one another.
Even years later, they reference the experience as being powerful and uniting them in many ways they notice, like more direct communication, more play together, and holding space for emotions, and likely in many ways they don’t even notice too. The work we do is subtle, fun, and powerful

You will receive a Snail Mail Magick Love Package, which is a physical care bundle sent to your door containing a ritual candle, eye masks for rest, tissues for happy tears, and other curated goodies
First, we find a soft landing to see where your hearts are at, so you can feel present with one another in love and care in this moment
Then, a partner tarot reading where we pull cards for the entity of your relationship and any questions or curiosities you might have, so you can make more confident and soul-aligned decisions in every sphere of your life together
Next, we work on the somatic connection with gentle movement or stillness to synchronize your nervous systems, so you can say goodbye to the old survival patterns you’ve long outgrown and instead focus on celebrating the joy you cultivate together

To start, we’ll chat about how you’re feeling, any intentions you have, what’s going on in your life, etc and tailor your Deep Love Connection to how you feel in that moment
I’ll lead you through an experience tailored to your love based on our gentle intake conversation
After the intake conversation, we’ll start with a couples tarot reading and then flow into the intuitively channeled practices to support you connecting on a deeper, loving level
We’ll close out with a love connection ritual that is specially channeled for your relationship
Each session will be different, just as vibrant as your relationship! All you need to do is show up and be honest, I’ll take care of the rest
I don't have "yoga" clothes?
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable in
What we’ll do can be enjoyed in everyday clothes. Personally, I prefer clothes that are stretchy and soft, so they accompany and support me as I move and rest

That’s totally okay! I want you to show up as your fullest, most authentic self!
Your Deep Love Connection will meet you where you’re at and if that involves lots of movement great! We’ll still practice pausing and slowing down to see what is illuminated in your relationship
You’re enough as you are – I would never want to change or shame the wonderful people you are
I don't know what props I need?
A blanket is a great place to start. If you’d like an extra special one to commemorate this experience, you can always add a love –blessed blanket especially for your relationship for $250
No props are required, although I recommend grabbing some pillows (various sizes), extra blankets and yoga blocks if you have them

I have injuries, chronic pain, and/or disabilities?
Me too! I promise to listen to your needs and experiences and tailor every practice to you. I also trust you to know what works for you and your bodies (and I’ll help you get even better at listening to your bodies) – you know what places feel comfortable to you (a favorite chair, your bed, etc) and we can do any and all practices in your favorite, most supportive spaces
I don’t live in Phoenix. How does it work on Zoom?
In many ways, holding space for a Deep Love Connection on Zoom is actually my favorite way! Because you’re experiencing everything in your home, it’s even easier to replicate many of the activities and rituals because you already know exactly how it feels and works in your own safe space
I’ll share the Zoom link when you book and some helpful suggestions to make your space extra cozy and supportive. You can even choose to upgrade and add a blanket blessed for your love

My partner isn’t very into spiritual things - will they have a good time too?
I find this is true for almost every couple I work with – there’s a spiritual partner and a more practical partner. I promise to listen and ensure everyone feels comfortable and seen
We only do connection practices and rituals that everyone consents too
Also, (in my humble experience) the more practical partner often really benefits from some restorative and relaxing activities – and sometimes they even fall asleep because they felt so comfortable (and needed rest)
