| Eclipse season is upon us! And whatever your specific cultural teachings on eclipses – it is a POTENT time I believe you should honor your cultural wisdom and what resonates for you I get so turned off by people saying their way is THE ONLY way (🤮🤮 gives cult vibes) And while the power of these portals can feel overwhelming Your feelings and experiences are valid  It’s also a time to TAP IN |

| What are you feeling drawn to? Have you been getting strong nudges from your spirit team? What ways are you feeling tested? The answers to these questions can help to reveal where the magick of the eclipse is working for you And truly feel free to respond, I love the honor of witnessing your stories and experiences If you’re feeling like you’re in a shedding stage, you can lean into eclipse magicks for release If you’re writing a new story for your self, eclipse season will clear away the noise (after turning up the volume for you to level up your discernment): leaving you with your oh so powerful truths I like to think of eclipse season as turning up the volume on chaos and magicks  So it makes sense that this and the horrors of our current reality feel like a fucking LOT And while the chaotic noise magick of eclipse season may make it feel like you need to hurry up The opposite is the medicine that will ground and center you Slow down  Take a few deep breaths And offer yourself compassion and understanding Eclipses are notorious for revealing tender wounds and triggers And in your healing journey you’re ready to see and love ALL of yourself The first step to doing that (in my humble opinion and from the teachings and technology of yoga) Is to offer yourself compassion My favorite recommended way to do this is to check in with yourself regularly: How are you feeling? What’s moving through your spiritual landscapes? How does your physical body feel? What emotions are emerging? How is your mind?  Now that you know what’s real for you in this moment – what do you need? And how can you give yourself what you need? For example, if your body is in a chronic pain flare and you are feeling drained; what you need is rest You may not be able to go back to sleep (because capitalism things), but perhaps you can clear your calendar of all but the priority and urgent items to make room for a nap or an early day or to simply be able to move slower throughout the day This checking in with yourself and then using that info to meet your needs IS self compassion  And if you need someone to cheer you on, pull cards for you, and guide the way with their spiritual care bear way that’s me 🥰🫶🌈✨ I’m here and honored to share my magicks  May the eclipses illuminate what is needed for you to sparkle brighter |
